Daily rates listed include up to 4 people. A charge of $3 per additional guest will apply, with a maximum of 6 guests per RV site.

Cancellations:
Single night stay: If cancel > 72 hours ahead of check in date $25.00 cancellation fee. If cancel <72 hours no refund.
Multi night- non holiday weekend: If cancel > 72 hours ahead of check in date $25.00 cancellation fee. If cancel 24-72 hours, 1 night fee. If cancel day of, 2-night cancellation. If no show, no contact, no refund.
Multi-night holiday (must have 2 night minimum) this includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day: If cancel more that 72 hours ahead of check in date 1 night fee plus $25.
