Multi night non-holiday weekend: If cancel 72 hours or more ahead of check in date $25.00 cancellation fee. If cancelled 24-72 hours in advance of check in date, 1 night fee. If cancelled day of, 2-night cancellation. If no show, no refund.
Multi-night holiday including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, 4th of July, Labor Day and Memorial Day: If cancelled more than 72 hours ahead of check in date, 1 night charge plus $25.00 fee.
