Rigs must be fully self-contained, in good operating condition and appearance, and RVIA certified. RVs must be less than 10 years old, or approved by management prior to making reservation.

Please note: We are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs as we do not have a staging area or overflow parking.
$3 fee per pet, per reservation.
Dogs & cats must be on a leash at all times. Be courteous, pick up your pets‘ waste.
Pets showing signs of aggressive behavior will be asked to be removed from the premises.

Single night stay: If cancel > 72 hours ahead of check in date $25.00 cancellation fee. If cancel <72 hours no refund.
Multi night- non holiday weekend: If cancel > 72 hours ahead of check in date $25.00 cancellation fee. If cancel 24-72 hours, 1 night fee. If cancel day of, 2-night cancellation. If no show, no contact, no refund.
Multi-night holiday (must have 2 night minimum) this includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day: If cancel more that 72 hours ahead of check in date 1 night fee plus $25. If cancel 24-72 hours 2 night fee. If cancel day of no refund. If no show, no contact, no refund.
Month-to-month stays are available from September 16th to April 30th each year.
Month-to-month applications must be completed and submitted, as these are on a case-by-case basis for approval.
RVs for month-to-month stays that are more than 10 years old must provide pictures, must show the RVIA Certification Seal, and be reviewed then approved by the Port of Woodland.
Current registration and insurance is required.

Site use is limited to one RV and 2 vehicles parked within the site, and a total of 6 people including guests.
Additional persons, vehicles, and visitors are subject to daily use fees. Visitors must sign in at the front office, and visitor pets are not allowed.
Boats/trailers require advanced approval at the time of booking as we have limited space and availability.

Report sewer spills immediately.
Do not add water to spills.
A charge will be assessed for sewage spill remediation.
We are licensed as an RV park for fully self-contained RVs, including camper vans, tent trailers, and truck campers displaying the RVIA Certification Seal only.
Tent sites are not available, and tents are not allowed within the park.
