Rigs must be fully self-contained, in good operating condition and appearance, and RVIA certified. RVs must be less than 15 years old, or approved by management prior to making reservation.

We like to have everyone “tucked in” by 9 PM. Arrivals after 9 PM must be pre-arranged with the office.
Please note: We are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs as we do not have a staging area or overflow parking.
$3 fee per pet, per reservation.
Dogs & cats must be on a leash at all times. Be courteous, pick up your pets‘ waste.
Pets showing signs of aggressive behavior will be asked to be removed from the premises.

Groups: cancellations must be made through our on-site management. Group cancellations of less than 14 days will require payment in full. Cancellations of more than 14 days is a 10% fee.
Holidays: 3 nights are non-refundable
Special Events: 2 nights are non-refundable
All Others: No shows or cancellations of less than 3 days before the arrival date require payment in full. Cancellations outside the 3 day window of arrival will be charged a 10% fee of the total sale if the guest has reservations of 1-4 nights and a 20% fee if the guest has reservations of 5 or more nights.
Extended Stay sites are available on a limited basis for a time period of 28 days or longer throughout the year.
Winter rates are available November 1 through April 1. Please call for rates and availability.
RVs in Extended Stay sites must not be more than 10 years old, must show the RVIA Certification Seal, and be visually seen by Park Management.
Current registration and insurance is required.
Contact Park Management for a full list of Extended Stay policies, as certain limitations and restrictions apply.
Site use is limited to one RV and 2 vehicles parked within the site, and a total of 6 people including guests.
Additional persons, vehicles, and visitors are subject to daily use fees. Visitors must sign in at the front office, and visitor pets are not allowed.
Boats/trailers require advanced approval at the time of booking as we have limited space and availability.

Threaded sewer fittings are required.
Report sewer spills immediately.

A charge will be assessed for sewage spill remediation.
We are licensed as an RV park for fully self-contained RVs, including vans, tent trailers, and truck campers displaying the RVIA Certification Seal only.
Tent sites are not available, and tents are not allowed within the park.
